Here is what is needed to share when submitting a support request:
- Email's subject: what is the issue about
- Description: what is going on
- On which platform? Web App - Mobile App - Admin. List of supported devices/browser supported π here π
- π₯οΈIf Web App or Admin, please indicate the Browser
- π± If Mobile, please indicate the phone model (Android/IOS)
- Is it the latest version of the App?
- Specific module or general experience?
- How can the issue be reproduced? Describe the steps to experience the issue.
- If possible, screen recording
- Any other information/screenshots/etc.
