MISSION BADGE

This kind of badge is created when selecting “badge” active in the process of creating or editing a mission.

Example:

- John is using Admin to create a new mission, called “Delivery service”, and he just wants anyone accomplishing this mission to obtain a badge.

-  When he is in the creation mode, he just clicks on “badge”. This will create a badge with the name of the mission, which is “Delivery service”.

-  Now, every time a member completes this mission will obtain a badge called “Delivery service”.

-  Now John decides to change the name of the badge, so he goes to “Badges”.

-  He finds the badge with the current name “Delivery service” (same as the mission).

-  John goes to “edit” and just rewrites the name, so now it will be “King of delivery”.

-  Now, every time a member completes the mission “Delivery service”, it will obtain a badge called “King of delivery”.

GENERAL BADGE

This kind of badge is created in "Badges" on the left menu in Admin. It creates a customized badge that will not be linked to a specific mission.

Badge n.1 – Activity badges

  •         Ace of Initiative
  •         Paramount Achiever
  •         Beyond the Call of Duty

Group trigger: <number> ER activities. This badge will be triggered by completing a number of activities.

In this case, we can customize the number of activities required to trigger this badge.

Example:

-  We have decided that completing 20 activities will trigger this badge.

-  Christina has just accomplished her 20th mission.

-  Let’s say that we have a badge called ”Keep the pace”. By completing 20 activities (overall, not necessarily belonging to the same mission) the objective of this badge will be completed, and the badge will now appear as “unlocked” for Christina.

Badge n.2 – Social badges

  •         You’re a Gem
  •         Shining Star
  •         The Giver
  •         Welcome on board

Group trigger: Earned <number> Karma points or Earned <number> points. This badge will be triggered by earning enough Karma points or points. It is possible to customize how many points are earned by reacting to posts (either giving likes or leaving comments).

Example:

-  We have decided that every reaction in Atobi will provide 1.000 points. That means that every like to a post will give 1.000 points and every comment will give 1.000 points as well.

-  Christina has reacted to 5 Social Feed posts by giving likes, which gives her 5.000 points. Then she left a comment in 20 Social Feed posts, and therefore she obtained 20.000 points all in all.

-  Let’s say that we have a badge called “socializing, thank you”. The number of points to obtain this badge is 20.000. That means that if a member, like Christina, achieves at least this number of points, the objective of this badge will be completed, and the badge will now appear as “unlocked” for Christina.

Badge n.3 - Lightning flash

Trigger: First store (you can choose a different location) to onboard its staff.

*Choose the location (we recommend choosing “store”).

*Date from: when the badge will be available to obtain. This can be useful for an activity related fx with a future event or product.

Badge n. 4 - Moving fast

Trigger: Given to first X members (you can customize this number) users in shop to complete an activity.

*Choose the location (we recommend choosing “store”).

*Date from: when the badge will be available to obtain. This can be useful for an activity related fx with a future event or product.

How to delete/deactivate badges:

Important!

In the current version of Missions and Badges, you cannot turn off a badge once you have turned it on. What is happening is when you turn on a badge, is that the badge is generated and given to all users who are assigned to the Mission. When a badge is generated, it takes the name, description, and image from the mission - and these cannot be changed later on the badge. So, do not turn on badges before you’re sure that the mission name and description won’t change at a later date.
