The Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard is a great tool to see what’s happening in the stores: is the store staff getting onboarded? Are they aligned with your guidelines? Are they engaged socially and in training? 

You can know it all by using the location, professions, and date filters. 

There are also 4  charts:

• The Adoption Score shows the number of members that are using Atobi. 
• The Engagement Score shows the number of members who have created content in Atobi, meaning they are being socially active.
• The Alignment Score shows the number of members reading all the posted news. This empowers you to monitor the reach of your news posts.
• The Upskilled Score shows the number of members completing training activities.  With this, you will know how many employees are completing Mission training.

All the Scores are benchmarked against the Atobi Best Practices.

On the Locations page, you can compare how all your stores are doing on the different scores.

Access

You can grant admin members access to the Analytic Dashboard by toggling the “Analytics” setting “on” when editing a member.
