Clear Cookies for Atobi๐Ÿช

If you're experiencing issues or session timeouts with Atobi, clearing your browser's cookies can often help resolve these problems. Follow the steps below based on the browser you're using.

Before You Begin:

  • Make sure you're using a browser supported by Atobi. View supported browsers.
  • First, try accessing Atobi in Incognito/Private mode. If the issue is resolved in this mode, clearing cookies will likely fix the problem.

Steps to Clear Cookies

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and Security.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose Cookies and other site data (note: this will log you out of most sites).
  5. Set the Time range to All time.
  6. Click Clear Data.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and click Safari > Preferences from the top menu.
  2. Go to the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. Search for "Atobi" and select the data, then click Remove All.
  5. Confirm by clicking Remove Now.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Cookies and other site data.
  5. Set the Time range to All time.
  6. Click Clear now.

Mozilla Firefox (Unsupported Browser)

Atobi does not officially support Firefox. For the best experience, please use a supported browser.
