How to clear all cookies for Atobi 🍪

Test using Incognito mode first, and if incognito mode works, then clear all the cookies to ensure that the browser is not holding on to an expired session.

Chrome

  1. Click on the 3 vertical dots you see on top of your screen.
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Go to "Privacy and Security"
  4. Go to "Clear browsing data"
  5. Select only "cookies and other site data" - be aware that wherever you are logged in, will expire and you'll need to log in again. Check that "Time range" is "all time"
  6. Click on "Clear Data"
  7. Make sure you have saved everything you have to save before doing anything!    

Safari

  1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  2. Click Manage Website Data.
  3. Select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All. Removing the data may reduce tracking, but may also log you out of websites or change website behavior.   

Edge

  1. In Edge, select “Settings and more” in the upper right corner of your browser window. 
  2. Select Settings  > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Select “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” > Clear browsing data now. 
  4. Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.
  5. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.

Firefox (not supported)

  1. Launch your Mozilla Firefox web browser.
  2. Go to the Menu bar, then click Options.
  3. Select the Privacy & Security panel, then go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  4. Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data window will appear.
  5. Click Remove All to remove all saved cookies and storage data. Click Remove Selected if you just want to remove a specific data.
