Using Chrome

  1. Open your company’s custom link in Chrome.
  2. Log in with your email and password.
  3. Chrome will detect the web app and prompt you to install it.
    • If no prompt appears, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Add to Home screen.
  4. The app icon will appear on your home screen, ready to use.

Managing Notifications 🔔

  • On first launch, you’ll be prompted to enable notifications.
  • To adjust later:
    • Go to Settings > Notifications > App notifications
    • Select the new app and toggle Allow notifications on/off.

Using Safari (iOS)

Ensure you're using iOS version 16.4 or higher.

  1. Open your company’s custom link in Safari.
  2. Log in with your email and password.
  3. Tap the Share button → Add to Home ScreenAdd.
  4. The app icon will appear on your home screen.

Managing Notifications 🔔

    • Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. Log in with your email and password.

  4. The app will open in its own window and appear in your app launcher.

Managing Notifications 🔔

  • Within the app:​
    • Click the three-dot menu (⋮) → App info → adjust notifications.
  • Ensure Chrome allows notifications:
    • Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications
    • Confirm that notifications are allowed for the new app

Using Safari (Mac)

Ensure you're using Safari version 17 or higher.

  1. Open your company’s custom link in Safari.
  2. Log in with your email and password.
  3. Click the Share button → Add to DockAdd.
  4. The app will appear in your dock.

  • Find the new app and select Allow or Deny.

Using Microsoft Edge

  1. Open your company’s custom link in Edge.
  2. Log in with your email and password.
  3. Click the “App available” icon  in the address bar → Install.
  4. The app will appear in your taskbar, start menu, or app launcher.
