How to Download the Web App

To download the Web App on your phone or desktop, follow these steps:

On Mobile phone:

Chrome

  • Open the link that has been sent to you in Chrome.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • Chrome will detect that it’s a Web App and asks if you want to install.
  • If the App is not asking, you can click the action menu (3 dots) and click Add to Home screen.
  • Choose the option to Install.
  • The app is added to your home screen and you can now open it like any other application.

Notifications

  • When you open the app for the first time, an option to activate notifications should pop up.
  • If the notification doesn't show up or you already have your app installed or want to change your notification seetings, you can control notifications by opening Settings.
  • Click on Notifications.
  • Click App notifications.
  • Find the installed app and click on it.
  • Enable or disable Allow notifications.

Safari

  • Open the link that has been sent to you in Safari.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • Press the Share button.
  • Find and tap Add to Home Screen.
  • Click Add.
  • The app will now be on your home screen and you can use it like any other application.

Notifications

  • When you open the app for the first time, an option to turn on notifications should pop up.
  • If the notification doesn't show up or you already have your app installed or want to change your notification seetings, you can control notifications by opening Settings.
  • Click on Notifications.
  • Find the installed app and click on it.
  • Enable or disable Allow notifications.

On Personal Computer:

Chrome

Must have version 121 or higher.

  • Open the link that has been sent to you in Chrome.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • You will be asked if you want to install the app. Click Install.
  • If the option doesn't show up, at the top right of the address bar click on the Install button.
  • After installation, the app is added to your app library. It should open automatically, but if it doesn’t, search for the app in your device’s app launcher.
  • In the app use the action menu (3 dots) to see the information about the app, including notification settings.
  • Click App Info and choose to Allow or Deny notifications.

Note: For Web App notifications to work on your desktop, Chrome must also allow notifications. Here’s how to check that:

  • Open Chrome and go to the Settings menu.
  • Navigate to Privacy and security > Site settings > Notifications.
  • Ensure that notifications are allowed for the app. If your app is listed under the Allowed section, you should be good to go.

Safari

Must have version 17 of Safari or above.

  • Open the link that has been sent to you in Safari.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • At the top right of the address bar, click on the Share button.
  • Click Add to Dock.
  • Click Add.
  • Now the app is installed and works like any other application.

To manage notification settings:

  • Open Safari.
  • Go to Safari in the top menu and select Preferences.
  • In the Preferences window, navigate to the Websites tab.
  • From the left-hand menu, select Notifications.
  • Find the app in the list, and choose to either Allow or Deny notifications.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open the link that has been sent to you in Microsoft Edge.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • Once Edge determines that a website is a Web App, the App available icon will appear in the address bar.
  • Click the App available icon.
  • Click Install to complete the installation
  • Web Apps are displayed just like any other applications. They appear in the Taskbar (where they can be pinned), in the Start menu, or when switching between apps with Alt+Tab.
  • To find the installed app in Microsoft Edge, go to edge://apps. On this page, find the app and open it by clicking Open. To learn more about the app or uninstall it, click Details.
  • To manage notifications, open the app and select the ellipses (3 dots) button in the title bar to see App info.
  • Click App premissions and then Notifications.

Note: For Web App notifications to work on your desktop, Microsoft Edge must also allow notifications. Here’s how to check that:

  • Open Edge and go to the Settings menu.
  • Navigate to Cookies and site permissions > Notifications.
  • Make sure the app is listed under the Allow section.
