Send an Onboarding Email

Go to Admin -> Members -> Email Templates.

Choose the template you want to send. Press “Actions" and click "Send."

Now, you can choose to send the email to one or more members and/or to all members in a location:
Users: Write the name or email of the member(s) who should receive the mail.
Locations: Write the name of the location(s). All members in this location will receive the email. Example: Pick “Denmark,” and all team members gathered under “Retail” will receive the mail. Pick “Copenhagen,” and all members in all teams gathered under “Copenhagen” will receive the mail.
Send: Press “Send Email” and the mail is sent to all selected recipients.
