Easy Access Login Flow

When accessing an Easy Access channel or article, the flow will vary based on your login status, whether you're a first-time user or a returning user. Below are the possible scenarios you'll encounter:

1. First-Time Access

If you're accessing the platform link for the first time, you will need to create an account before you can view the content:

  • Click the Create Account button.
  • Enter your email or username, name, and select the store you work for.
  • After completing the registration form, click Next to create your account.
  • Once your account is created, you'll gain access to the content.

2. First-Time Access When Someone Else’s Token is Saved

If someone else has previously logged in on the same browser or device and their token is saved, you will see the following:

  • A screen showing a list of all members under your store.
  • If your account has not been created yet, you will need to click on Create account and fill in your email or username, name, and select your store.
  • After registering, you’ll be able to access the channel or article.

3. Returning Users with Saved Token

If you have previously logged in and your login token is saved (i.e., you are already authenticated), you won’t need to re-enter your credentials. Instead:

  • You'll be prompted with a list of profiles under your store.
  • Simply select your profile from the list to access the content.

4. Returning Users with No Saved Token

If you already have an account, but you are logging in from a browser that doesn't have your login token saved, you will be prompted to enter your email or username in the provided field.

  • After entering your credentials, you will be able to access the content.
