π How to Customize Your Home Page
Make your Home Page work for your team. Use Home Settings to spotlight must-see content - from onboarding guides and campaigns to company news and important updates. Keep everyone informed, inspired, and ready to act! ππ£

π Accessing Home Settings
To update your homepage settings:
- Log in to the Atobi web app
- Open the sidebar menu
- Go to Platform Settings β Home Settings
β οΈ Note: Only users with Owner permissions can access Platform Settings and edit the homepage.
πΌ Add a Cover Image
Personalize your homepage with a banner image that reflects your brand, a campaign, or the season.
- Recommended ratio: 3:1
- Supported file types: png, jpeg, webp
How to upload a Cover Image:
- In Home Settings, go to the Cover Image section
- Click Upload an image
- Choose your image file
- Click Save changes
A strong cover image helps create a welcoming and branded experience for your team.
π Feature Articles
Highlight important articles so theyβre easy to find and act on.
- Maximum: 15 articles
- Visibility: Articles stay featured until a member views or completes them, or until you archive or unpin them
- Tip: Use this to promote onboarding content, product updates, or must-read guides
β οΈ Note: The featured articles will only appear for members who are part of the articleβs audience.
How to Feature Articles
- Click Add article in the Featured articles section.
- Choose an article to feature.
- Set how long the article should stay featured by selecting one of the options:
- Until seen - stays visible until a member views it
- Until completed - stays visible until all actions are completed (only available for articles that include actions)
- Until archived - stays visible until you manually archive it
- When adding multiple articles, you can reorder them by priority:
- Click and hold an article, then drag it up or down to change its position
- Articles with higher priority appear first on the homepage
- To remove an article, click the Γ (cross) button next to it.
- When done, click Save changes to apply your updates.
π Feature Posts
Highlight important posts to boost visibility and engagement.
- Maximum: 4 posts
- Visibility: Posts stay featured until you remove them or they are deleted
- Tip: Use this to spotlight announcements, conversations, or updates from key channels or team members
β οΈ Note: The featured posts will only appear for members who are part of the postβs audience.
How to Feature Posts
- Click Add post in the Featured posts section.
- Find the post you want to feature by:
- Using search to enter keywords found in the post content
- Filtering by channel to see posts from a specific channel
- Filtering by creator to see posts published by a specific person
- Select the post by click Add +.
- To remove a post, click Remove - next to it.
- When done, click Save changes to apply your updates.
ποΈ Home Page Layout
Even without any customization, the homepage includes several helpful default sections to keep team members engaged:
π Quick Search
Users can quickly search for:
- Articles or channels using full-text search or just the title
- Recent or relevant content with minimal clicks
π¬ My Store
Shows the user's assigned location/store, with the ability to:
- Click and view all other members connected to the same location
π Upcoming Actions Summary
Displays:
- An overview of number of actions with deadline for today
- A shortcut to go directly to the Upcoming Actions overview
π Stay in the Loop Section
Keeps users up to date with ongoing and relevant content:
- You should see this π β New articles that havenβt been started
- Jump back in action πͺ β Articles the user has started but not finished
- Take another look π β Recently viewed articles that might need a follow-up
π₯ Your Storeβs Status Widgets
Shows key status information about your store.

π Achievements
Users can see:
- A highlight of in progress and completed achievements
- A shortcut to view their full Achievements list
These sections are always visible to users and cannot be turned off, but they work together with your pinned content to keep the homepage dynamic and relevant.
