  • If you don’t see the widgets in your dashboard, reach out to your platform admin to check if your profession has access or to request it if needed.

By default, the widgets display data for all members and actions in your assigned store(s). You can narrow down the data using the Filters panel on the right side inside each widget.

Filtering Options:

  • Deadline Date – Filter actions based on their due date.
  • Publish Date – Choose the time frame for which articles should be included in the data. You can adjust this to focus on newer or older content. (The default setting shows articles published in the last 3 months.)
  • Channel – View data for specific channels.
  • Article Group – Filter actions grouped under a specific article collection.
  • Article – Select one or more specific articles to analyze.
  • Category – Filter articles by assigned categories.
  • Location – Filter by store.
  • Member – Choose specific staff members to focus on.
  • Profession – Filter by member roles or job functions.
  • Audience – Filter by assigned audience groups.
  • Has Answered – Show only members who have or haven't submitted answers.
  • On Time – Filter actions based on whether they were completed on time.


🧭 View Options: Simple vs. Advanced

Each table in the dashboard can be viewed in either Simple or Advanced mode. You can select the view from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of each table.

  • Simple View (default) – Displays essential, high-level data like progress and average score. This is the view used in all examples shown in this article.

    Advanced View – Provides deeper insights, such as:

    • Whether actions were completed on time
    • What answers members submitted
    • Additional columns for detailed tracking and evaluation
