Compliance Dashboard
π Want to track compliance and monitor completion of required actions?
The Compliance Dashboard helps you monitor action completion rates, identify compliance gaps, and track engagement with compliance-related content. It provides detailed insights π into how members are completing assigned tasks, their performance on compliance assessments, and historical trends over time.
π Who can access it?
Members with Advanced Dashboard rights.
πWhat can you see?
- Local Access β Users see data for their assigned locations and sub-locations.
- Global Access β Users see data for all locations and members.
How to Access
- Open the web app.
- From the left-side menu, click on Dashboards.
- From the top drop-down menu, select Compliance.
π‘ Note: This dashboard is used on a single article level, so to see the data correctly, always filter which specific article you wish to see the action data for.
π Compliance & Performance Overview
This section provides insights into user engagement by tracking the percentage of completed actions and the average performance score of members.
Key Questions It Answers:
- What percentage of assigned actions have been completed?
- The "Actions Completed" section tracks how many assigned tasks have been finished.
- How many actions have been completed versus assigned?
- Displays both the number of completed actions and the total assigned actions to give a clear engagement ratio.
- What is the average performance score of members?
- The "Avg Score" section shows the overall success rate of users on assigned tasks, assessments, or quizzes.
- How many members have participated in actions contributing to the average score?
- Indicates the number of members whose performance has been assessed.
π Engagement History Overview
This section tracks trends in article reach, user progress, and performance over time. It helps analyze when teams are most active in completing assigned content.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How does engagement fluctuate over time?
- The "Reach" line (dark blue) shows how many users have accessed content over different weeks and months.
- Are users making steady progress on assigned tasks?
- The "Average Progress" line (light purple) tracks how much of the assigned content users have completed.
- Are performance scores improving or declining?
- The "Average Score" line (green) measures how well users are performing on article-related actions, quizzes, or assessments.
π Article Status Overview
This widget provides a detailed view of user progress on live articles, tracking completion rates, responses, and engagement levels.
Key Questions It Answers:
- What is the progress status of each article?
- The "Progress" column shows how far members have completed assigned actions related to each article.
- How many members have completed the required actions?
- Displays a breakdown of answers per article, showing who has interacted with it.
- What is the average performance on article-related tasks?
- The "Avg Score" column tracks performance based on quizzes, assessments, or action results.
- Who has submitted their responses on time?
- The "Answered On Time" column indicates whether users have completed required actions within the deadline.
- Which locations or teams have engaged the most?
- Users can filter responses by location, team, and individual member to identify engagement trends.
- How many total responses have been submitted?
- The "# Answers" column shows the total number of responses received for each article.
β οΈ Non-Compliant Members Overview
This section highlights members who have incomplete actions, helping you track overdue tasks and identify how many actions have been completed after their deadline.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How many incomplete actions do members have?
- The "# Incomplete Actions" column shows the number of assigned actions that have not been completed.
- Who are the most non-compliant members?
- Users can drill down by location, team, or individual members to identify those with the most overdue tasks.
- Which teams or locations have the most overdue actions?
- The widget breaks down non-compliance by hierarchy, allowing managers to compare across different groups.
- How many actions were completed after the deadline?
- The "# Actions Completed After Deadline" column highlights how many tasks were finished late.

This widget provides an in-depth view of article engagement across different locations and individual team members. It helps track participation, progress, and completion of assigned tasks.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How are different locations engaging with assigned articles?
- The widget allows users to drill down from location level to individual members, showing engagement trends across teams.
- Which members have completed their assigned actions?
- The "Progress" column visually represents how far members have advanced in their assigned articles.
- Who has submitted answers on time?
- The "Answered On Time" column highlights whether a member completed their tasks within the deadline.
- How many answers have been submitted per article?
- The "# Answers" column tracks how many responses have been provided per task.
- What is the average score for completed actions?
- The "Avg Score" column reflects the performance of members based on completed actions.

- The "Action Description" column provides details on what each user is expected to complete.
