π Want to monitor content performance, track engagement trends, and identify top-performing articles?
The Articles Dashboard helps you analyze how content is performing across different channels using key metrics such as reach, progress, completion rates, and score. It provides detailed insights into article engagement trends by location and members, helping you understand which content is most effective.
π Who can access it?
Members with Advanced Dashboard rights.
πWhat can you see?
- Local Access β Users see data for their assigned locations and sub-locations.
- Global Access β Users see data for all locations and members.
How to Access
- Open the web app.
- From the left-side menu, click on Dashboards.
- From the top drop-down menu, select Articles.
β Filters
By default, you will see data for all members and content. If you would like to filter by specific members or articles, use the filter panel on the right side.
Filtering Options:
- Channel β View data for specific channels.
- Article Status β Filter articles by live, archived, or draft status.
- Article β Select specific articles to view.
- Country β See data based on the user's assigned country.
- Locations β Filter based on store locations or regions.
- Member β Choose data for specific members.
- Profession β Filter by job roles.
- Audience β See data for specific audiences.
- Category β Filter articles by assigned categories.
- Article Type β Filter between articles and feed posts.
π Article Status Overview
This widget provides a summary of the total number of articles in different stages: drafted, live, and archived. It helps users quickly understand the status of content in the system.
Key Question It Answers:
- How many articles are currently drafted, live, or archived?
- Displays a breakdown of total articles in different statuses.
π Article Engagement Insights
This widget provides a data-driven overview of content performance by highlighting top-performing channels and articles based on viewership and completion rates.
Key Questions It Answers:
- Which channels have the highest engagement?
- The "Top 3 Channels" chart displays the most popular content channels based on unique viewers.
- Which articles have the highest number of unique viewers?
- The "Top 5 Articles by Unique Viewers" chart ranks the most-viewed articles, showing the number of individual users who accessed them.
- Which articles have the highest completion rates?
- Highlights articles where members fully complete assigned actions.
π Location Drill-Down Overview
This widget provides a detailed breakdown of engagement, progress, and completion rates across different organizational levels. Users can drill down from broad location data to individual member activity.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How many members are in each location?
- The "Members" column shows the number of participants per location.
- How many members have seen the content?
- Reach: The percentage of members who have seen an article. This can apply to a single article (how many people have viewed it) or overall content performance (how much of the content has been seen across multiple articles).
- How much progress have members made in completing assigned tasks?
- Mandatory Progress: Percentage of required actions completed in articles that include mandatory tasks.
- Progress: Percentage of all actions (both mandatory and optional) completed within an article.
- What percentage of members have fully completed assigned tasks?
- Completion: Percentage of articles where all actions (mandatory and optional) have been fully completed.
- What are the scores of different teams or individual members?
- Score: The average score of all completed actions in articles.
- Can I drill down into specific locations or individuals?
- Users can expand each location to view team-level engagement and drill down further to see individual membersβ data.
- Are there specific locations or members that need follow-up?
- Users can filter by teams, locations, and individual members to identify areas requiring more engagement or support.
π Pivot Table Customization
This widget includes a pivot table that allows users to customize what data is displayed.
Customization Options:
- Drag and drop categories to choose which information appears in the table.
- Move categories to "Unused" to hide them.
- Move categories to "Rows" to display them in the selected order.
- Rearrange fields to adjust the hierarchy of data for better insights.

This widget provides a detailed view of article engagement and progress across different channels. It allows users to track how published content is performing based on visibility, completion, and assigned actions.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How many articles have been published in each channel?
- The "# Articles" column shows the total number of articles per channel.
- How many people have seen each article?
- The "Seen by" column shows the number of members who viewed the article.
- What percentage of assigned members have accessed the article?
- The "Reach" column measures the visibility of the article among the target audience.
- How many members have been assigned the article?
- The "Assigned to" column shows the number of members expected to engage with it.
- What is the progress status of the article?
- The "Not Started" and "In Progress" columns indicate how far members have gone in interacting with the article.
- What percentage of members have completed the article?
- The "Completed" column reflects the completion rate.
- What is the average progress across assigned members?
- The "Avg Progress" column provides insight into how much of the article has been completed on average.
- What is the average score of members who interacted with the article?
- The "Avg Score" column (if applicable) measures overall performance on article-related actions.
- Which channels have the highest or lowest engagement?
- Comparing data across different channels helps identify where content is performing well and where improvements may be needed.

The Article Drill-Down Overview widget includes a pivot table that allows users to customize data display.
- Deep Dive into Member-Level Data
Clicking on an article row opens a dedicated dashboard that provides a detailed breakdown of engagement for that specific article.
- Reach & Progress Overview β See how many members have accessed the article and track completion progress.
- Location & Member-Level Insights β A table view that breaks down engagement by location and individual members, helping you identify trends and areas that may need attention.
- Custom Notifications
Members who have not interacted with articles can be notified. This helps ensure deadlines are met, progress is maintained, and engagement is improved.

This widget provides a visual representation of engagement trends over time.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How is content reach changing over time?
- The "Reach" line (dark blue) shows fluctuations in users accessing content over time.
- Are users making consistent progress on assigned tasks?
- The "Average Progress" line (light blue) tracks task completion rates.
- Are users improving their performance over time?
- The "Average Score" line (green) measures how well users perform on article-related tasks.
