π Want to see how members are responding to actions in an article?
The Article Studio Dashboard lets you view individual answers, track who has seen an article, completed actions, and engaged with content. It provides detailed insights π into member responses, progress, and engagement trends for the article, helping you analyze participation and follow up when needed.
π Who can access it?
Members with Article Studio rights, including Article Owners, Collaborators, and Atobi Connect users.
πWhat can you see?
Engagement data and individual responses for articles you have access to.
How to Access
- Go to Article Studio in the web app.
- Find the article you want to analyze and open it.
- Click on the "Insights" tab to access the available dashboards.
π Answers Tab β Action Answer Overview
The Answers tab provides a detailed breakdown of responses to actions within an article. It allows you to view and analyze individual answers, including text responses, media submissions, and survey results.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How many members responded to the article's actions, and from which location?
- The dashboard displays individual member responses and tracks engagement across different locations.
- What type of responses were submitted?
- Answers are categorized by response type (e.g., text, images, multiple-choice).
- Did a member upload any images?
- Responses to media-based tasks include uploaded pictures.
- What is the average score for quiz actions?
- Displays scoring data where applicable.
- Was there a deadline for an action?
- Tracks whether actions had specific deadlines and if they were met.
- Are responses public or private?
- Indicates whether answers are visible to all users or restricted.
- Was the action required for all members or just one per location?
- Shows whether all members were required to complete an action or if only one per location was needed.
- How can I track answers for recurring actions?
- Allows you to view responses by deadline for ongoing actions.
- How do responses vary across different teams and locations?
- Use filters to analyze engagement by Audience, Location, or Profession.
Insight Sharing
To view answers from external partners who you have shared an article with, you need to go to Action Answer Overview and use the "Partners" filter to choose which external partners answers you want to view. You will then be able to see answers to all the actions provided by your partner.
Open Question Summary
Using Article Studio, you can request store staff to answer questions in many different ways, such as by completing a quiz, sharing an image, and more. But what if you receive hundreds or thousands of answers? Now, when you use the Open Question action to gather feedback, feelings, or ideas from the frontline, you can generate a summary.
When getting a summary, the answers will be grouped based on their sentiment; are the answers negative, neutral, or positive? And what are the main themes in the answers? Are any themes particular interesting? Then you can deepdive on the summary to see the specific answers behind the summary.
You can use this to perform a market analysis; what does the staff think of the new product? Do they like the new campaign? Your brand? Or how are they feeling in general? With Open Questions and the summary, it's now easy for you to get the pulse of thousands of employees.
How to use it? Add an Open Question to your article. When you have received at least 10 answers, you can go to the Insights tab and under the question click "Summarize". Give it a try, it feels like magic πͺ
π Reach Tab β Tracking Visibility & Engagement
The Reach tab provides insights into how many members have seen the article, their progress on assigned actions, and overall engagement levels. It helps teams monitor who has interacted with the content, how engagement trends evolve over time, and where follow-ups might be needed.
π Reach, Progress, and Score Overview
This widget provides a detailed breakdown of engagement levels, tracking who has seen the article, how far members have progressed, and their performance on assigned actions.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How many members have seen the content?
- The "Reach" metric shows the number and percentage of members who have viewed the content.
- How many members have started or completed assigned tasks?
- The "Avg Progress" metric displays the percentage of tasks or quizzes completed by assigned members.
- What is the average score for completed tasks?
- The "Avg Score" metric represents overall performance on actions with a score.
- How has reach changed over time?
- The "Reach Over Time" graph tracks trends in content visibility week by week.
- How has progress evolved over time?
- The "Progress Over Time" graph shows whether members are steadily completing assigned tasks.
- How has the score changed over time?
- The "Score Over Time" graph monitors fluctuations in average scores to assess performance trends.
- How engaged is the team with the assigned content?
- By analyzing reach, progress, and scores together, teams can determine whether members are actively engaging with content or need additional support.
π Location Overview β Engagement Across Locations
The Location Overview section provides insights into how engagement varies across different locations. It helps track which teams or members have seen and interacted with the article, making it easier to identify areas that may require additional support.
Key Questions It Answers:
- How is engagement distributed across different locations?
- The "Location" column groups data by team or geographical area.
- Which members have completed, started, or not started an assigned action?
- The "Status Assignee" column categorizes members into Completed, In Progress, or Not Started.
- How many members have seen the content?
- The "Seen By" column shows the number of members who have viewed the content.
- What is the overall reach for each location?
- The "Reach" column displays the percentage of the assigned audience that has seen the content.
- How much progress have members made in completing assigned tasks?
- The "Mandatory Progress" and "Progress" columns track how far members have gone in completing required tasks.
- What percentage of members have fully completed the assigned tasks?
- The "Completion %" column shows how many members have finished all required actions.
- What are the average scores of members who completed assigned tasks?
- The "Score" column reflects overall performance on quizzes or graded tasks.
- Are there specific locations or teams that need more engagement or follow-up?
- Comparing progress and completion rates across locations helps identify areas that may require additional support.
π’ Custom Notifications β Automate Follow-Ups
If members havenβt completed required articles or actions, Custom Notifications allow you to send reminders and improve engagement. This feature ensures that deadlines are met, progress is maintained, and tasks arenβt forgotten.
