  1. Go to the published article you want to check.
  2. Click the πŸ“Š dashboard icon in the top-right corner of the page.


πŸ“Š Insights & Data from the Dashboard

This dashboard helps track engagement with published articles, showing insights such as:

  • What percentage of assigned members have accessed the article?
    • Displayed as a circular progress indicator.
  • Who has seen the article and when did they first access it?
    • The "Seen" tab lists members who have viewed the article, along with the exact date they first accessed it and how many days have passed since.
  • Who has not seen the article?
    • The "Not Seen" tab lists all members who have not yet viewed the article.
  • How many members have completed the required actions?
    • The "Progress" tab tracks completion percentages for actions within the article.
    • It also includes a completion column that shows each member’s status:
      • Not Started – The member hasn’t begun any required actions.
      • In Progress – The member has started but not finished all actions.
      • Completed – The member has finished all actions, with the completion date displayed.
  • How close is the team to full engagement with the article?
    • The dashboard provides a quick overview of reach and progress, helping teams follow up with members who have not engaged.

To export the data, open the specific table, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, select Download, and choose your preferred format.
