π Important: All dashboard metrics are based on the activated member base - that means members who have logged in at least once.
Members who have been deleted or never logged in are excluded.
Archived or anonymized members are still reflected in metrics for any content they interacted with before being archived/anonymized, though identifying info may be hidden.
π€ Members Status
These metrics help you keep an eye on user activity and team performance.
Shows whether a user is:
- Created: created in the system, but not invited
- Invited: created and invited, but not yet logged in
- Activated: logged in, but no activity tracked on user yet
- Engaged: tracked activity on user within last 30 days
- Dormant: previously engaged, but not within last 30 days
π Engagement & Performance Metrics
These metrics help you monitor how well members are progressing through assigned training and how their results are tracked:
π± Reach - The number of unique members who have viewed a post or article.
- Members who have never logged in, were deleted, or canβt access the content are excluded.
- Archived or anonymized users are only included if they viewed the content before being archived/anonymized.
π Mandatory Progress - The percentage of mandatory actions completed by a member (optional actions are not counted).
- Example: An article with 2 mandatory and 2 optional actions. If a member completes 1 of the mandatory actions, their mandatory progress is 50%. If both are completed, itβs 100%.
- Group-level mandatory progress is the average of all relevant membersβ individual mandatory progress.
π Progress - The percentage of all assigned actions (both mandatory and optional) that a user has completed.
- Example: An article with 2 mandatory and 2 optional actions. If a member completes 3 out of 4, their progress is 75%.
- Group-level progress (e.g. by location) is calculated as the average of all individual members' progress.
β Completion - A member is considered to have completed an article when all mandatory actions are finished.
- Completion rate is the percentage of assigned members who completed the article.
β Score - The average score from all score-based actions (e.g. quizzes, yes/no questions) completed in an article.
- A memberβs score is based on their personal performance.
- Group score is the average of all individual members' scores.
