πŸ‘‹ Introduction to Engagement Studio

In Engagement Studio, you’ll see all your achievements and competitions organized into three tabs:

βœ”οΈ Draft – Still being worked on, not visible to members. ✍️

βœ”οΈ Active – Available for members to see and participate! πŸš€

βœ”οΈ Archived – No longer active, but visible for those who completed or participated. πŸ“œ

Note: Note: Anyone with access to Engagement Studio can view all achievements and competitions created on the platform! πŸ”Ž

🎨 Creating Achievements

  1. Open Engagement Studio and click Create
  2. Select Engagement type Achievement
  3. Give your achievement a clear name (max 24 characters) and a short description (max 250 characters) to explain the reward or goal to members.

πŸ’‘ You can also add translations for other languages if needed.

Example:

πŸ… Title: "Checklist Master"

πŸ“ Description: "Prove you’re a master of checklists! Earn this achievement and unlock a surprise reward!"

  1. Add Visuals: Choose how the achievement will appear on members’ profiles. You can:
  • Select an icon or upload image to represent the achievement.

  • Minimum quiz score – Set a threshold that must be reached for the achievement to be awarded.

πŸ’‘ Example:

πŸ… "Product Knowledge Pro" – Earned by completing 5 articles in the Product Training Channel with a minimum score of 80%.

⚠️ Important: Achievements do not work with recurring actions or team-based tasks where only one member per location completes them. Ensure members have access to any specific articles you select.

  1. Archive Date: Choose when the achievement will be archived and no longer available to earn:
  • Before the archive date – Members can earn it.
  • After the archive date – It disappears for those who didn’t complete it but remains visible for those who earned it.
  • To leave it open-ended, select No archive date.
  1. Add Rewards: Select the type of reward members will receive upon earning the achievement:
  • Generic Reward – Automatically gives the same reward to all members who meet the criteria (e.g., message or coupon code)
  • Personalized Reward – Manually assign unique rewards to individual members after completion.

πŸ“Š Tracking Achievements

Members can track their own progress in their profile under Achievements & Competitions:

  • πŸ… In Progress – They’re on their way to earning or qualifying.
  • ❌ Failed – They didn’t meet the set criteria.
  • βœ… Achieved / Won – They completed it successfully! πŸŽ‰

Members also receive notifications when they complete an achievement or win a competition.

🎯 Checking Results & Assigning Rewards

How to check results?

  • Open the active or archived achievement or competition and go to the Results section.
  • Use search & filters to track who’s in progress, who earned it, and who didn’t meet the criteria.

πŸ‘₯ Personalized Rewards? Follow up with manual reward assignmentsβ€”either individually or in bulk.

🎁 Giving members Personalized rewards

If you’ve set up a Personalized Reward, you’ll need to manually assign it to members after they’ve earned an achievement or won a competition. πŸ†

Where to Check?

In Engagement Studio, go to the Results tab of the achievement or competition. You’ll see how many members have completed/won and how many still need their reward.

Manually assign rewards

  1. Use the search bar or apply the Not Rewarded filter.

  1. Click Attach next to the member’s name.
  2. Enter the reward (message, code, certificate link, etc.).
  3. The reward is delivered instantly, and the member receives a notification. πŸ””

πŸ’‘ Manual assignment works well for one-off or unique gifts, such as certificates or personalized vouchers.

Bulk upload rewards

  1. Click Batch Upload πŸ“.

  2. Download the .csv file of members who haven’t received rewards.
  3. Fill in the reward details for each member.
  4. Upload the updated file.
  5. The system assigns rewards automatically, and members are notified. πŸ“©

πŸ’‘ Bulk upload is ideal for larger groups, like company-wide competitions or seasonal campaigns. πŸš€
