π¬ Decide if you want to allow comments on your article. Enabling comments encourages engagement, letting members share feedback, ask questions, or start discussions.
Best Practice: If youβre looking for insights or feedback, keeping comments ON is a great way to spark conversation!
Add Viewers or Assignees
π― Choose who will interact with the article and what level of access they'll have:
- Viewers π β Can read the article.
- Assignees β β Can complete actions in the content.
How it works
- If the article does not contain any actions, the audience will automatically be set as Viewers, and the Assignee option will be disabled. Since there's nothing to complete, everyone can only view the content.
- If the article contains actions, the audience will automatically be set as Assignees, but you can manually choose to switch them to Viewers if needed.
When to use Viewers on an article with actions
Most of the time, if an article includes actions, youβll want the audience to be Assignees so they can complete those actions.
However, in some cases, you might want certain people to be able to view the article without completing any actions β for example, if the content is informative only for them and their input isnβt needed.
π In this case, assigning them as Viewers means:
- They can read the article, but the actions will be locked.
- Their interaction will only count toward Reach, not Completion.
Best Practice: Use Assignees when the article contains any actions that require completion β and use Viewers only when the audience doesn't need to complete any actions.
Choose When to Publish
β³ You can publish the article immediately or schedule it for later:
π Publish Now β The article will go live instantly. π
π Schedule for Later β Pick a future date and time for automatic publishing.

- Notifications follow each memberβs local time zone.
- If an article is scheduled between 10 PM (22:00) and 8 AM (08:00), notifications will be delayed until 8 AM the following day to avoid disturbing members.
