How to publish an Article
Your Article is ready to be shared with your audience. How can you publish it?
- From the top-right of your article page, click "Publish"
- Add a Channel (click here to know more) according to the topic of your Article.
- Add a Category if relevant. Categories will allow members to focus on relevant articles on a channel
- Add an Audience (more info here) for your article. Search for and select the right audiences
- Choose whether or not the audiences are allowed to Comment on the article
- Audiences can be added as Viewers or Assignees to an article
- Now choose to either Publish now or Schedule publishing for later
- Publish now: your article will be published instantly
- Schedule publishing for later: select the date for publishing from the calendar
Notice that when you schedule the publishing date and time, the members will receive the article and notification in their local time. Notifications are not sent between 22.00 (10 pt) and 08.00 (8 am). If you publish an article in that timeframe, notifications will be queued and sent in the morning.
