📢 Publishing Your Article
Your article is ready to go! Now, it’s time to share it with your audience. Here’s how you can easily publish it:
1. Click "Publish"
From the top-right corner of your article page, click the Publish button to start the process.
2. Choose a Channel
- Select a Channel that fits the topic of your article.
- Channels help you organize your content by themes and make it easier for your audience to find what’s relevant.

3. Add a Category (Optional)
If applicable, choose a Category for your article. Categories help members focus on the most relevant content within a Channel.

4. Select Your Audience
Add an Audience for your article by searching for and selecting the right groups.

5. Enable Comments (Optional)
Choose whether or not to allow your selected audiences to comment on the article.
6. Assign Viewers or Assignees
You can assign members as Viewers (those who can only read) or Assignees (those who can complete tasks or interact with the content).
7. Choose Publish Timing
- Publish Now: If you want your article to go live immediately, simply click Publish now.
- Schedule for Later: Select a future date and time from the calendar to schedule when your article will be published.
Important: When scheduling your article, keep in mind that notifications are sent according to each member’s local time.
- If you schedule an article to be published between 10 PM (22:00) and 8 AM (08:00), notifications will be queued and sent at 8 AM the following day.
🚀 Celebrate! You're Done!
Once you've set everything up, your article will be published according to your chosen settings. Your audience will get the article at the right time, with the option to engage through comments or actions, all with minimal effort on your part!
