Adding Collaborators
Want to team up with a colleague on an article? Hereโs how to add them as a collaborator:
๐งโ๐จ How to Invite a Collaborator
- Open the article you want to collaborate on.
- Click the ๐ Languages tab in the top menu.
- Select Language Settings.
- Click the ๐ค Collaborator Icon next to the language.
- Search for your colleagueโs name and add them as a collaborator.
๐ก Note: Only users with Article Studio access can be added as collaborators.

โ๏ธ Can add, edit, move, and delete content blocks.
โ๏ธ Can assign and remove collaborators.

โ๏ธ Cannot add, move, or delete content blocks.
โ๏ธ Can only edit languages they are assigned to.
๐ก Note: If a collaborator is assigned to a specific language, they can only translate the contentโthey cannot edit the main language or change article structure.
