Article Collaborators - What & How
When creating an article, you might need help from one or more of your colleagues to finalize it. You can use Collaborators to invite others to write text, add images, translate, or do whatever you need.
🧑🎨 How to add Collaborators
- Navigate to “Languages” and select Language Settings
- Click the people icon next to the 3 dots
- Search for the colleague
- NOTE: only those with an account in Atobi with access to the “Article Studio” can be added as collaborators. To know more about “Access rights,” click here.
- Collaborators can either be added to the main language of the article, or you can add languages and add collaborators per language
Notice: You, being the creator of the article, will be appointed as “Article Owner”, and it is up to you to decide who can have access to the article. You can also remove access. To know more about Access Rights, here you go!
Tip: Use the “Copy link” function to share the link to the article with your collaborators via chat!
