Adding Collaborators
Want to team up with a colleague on an article? Hereβs how to add them as a collaborator:
π§βπ¨ How to Invite a Collaborator
- Open the article you want to collaborate on.
- Click the π Languages tab in the top menu.
- Select Language Settings.
- Click the π€ Collaborator Icon next to the language.
- Search for your colleagueβs name and add them as a collaborator.
π‘ Note: Only users with Article Studio access can be added as collaborators.
Roles & Permissions
Understanding who can do what ensures a smooth collaboration process.
π Article Owner (YOU! π)
βοΈ Full control over the article.
βοΈ Can add, edit, move, and delete content blocks.
βοΈ Can assign and remove collaborators.
π€ Collaborators
βοΈ Can edit existing content in assigned languages.
βοΈ Cannot add, move, or delete content blocks.
βοΈ Can only edit languages they are assigned to.
π‘ Note: If a collaborator is assigned to a specific language, they can only translate the contentβthey cannot edit the main language or change article structure.
