Manager Status Dashboard
Understand how productive and compliant your team is. With the Status Widgets, you can check if your staff is completing the required articles and actions.
How to use it?
In general, we advise using these widgets to get a quick overview of your store(s) status and then dive in when you have planning talks or morning meetings with your team. Additionally, you can use them when preparing for 1:1 sessions with your staff members; e.g., did they complete their training content?
Find the Status Widgets on your Home screen, under Your store's status:
- The widgets give you a glance at the performance of all staff in your store. If you're an area manager or similar with responsibility for multiple stores, you'll see the status of all your stores.
- All: This shows the status of all actions that need to be completed, published within the last three months.
- Recurring: This shows the status of all actions that need to be completed and has a deadline today. It is mostly used for operational checklists.
- Sequential: This shows the status of all actions that need to be completed sequentially, step-by-step. It is mostly used for training and onboarding content.
- By clicking on Details, you can dive into more information. On the right side, you have Filters. Use these to filter on:
- a single staff member
- a specific store
- a time period
- specific categories
- and much more.
- Use the tables to dive further down.
- Article Status: dive down from your location(s) to articles to your staff's answers.
- Non-compliant members: Check how many incomplete actions your staff members have, and how many were answered overdue (if they have a deadline).
- Location Status: dive down from your staff members to articles to their answers.
- Export: If you need the data in Excel, you can export it by scrolling to the specific table and clicking the Export button:
