How to Access

  1. From any feed post, click the three dots next to the post.
  2. Select "View Engagement".

What You Can See

This dashboard provides an overview of how members engage with a feed post, answering key questions:

  • What percentage of assigned members have accessed the post?
    • Displayed as a circular progress indicator.
  • Who has seen the post and when did they first access it?
    • The "Seen" tab shows who has viewed the post, the exact date they first saw it, and how many days have passed since.
  • Who has not seen the post?
    • The "Not Seen" tab lists all members who have not yet viewed the post.
  • How many members have completed required actions (if applicable)?
    • The "Progress" tab tracks poll response completion if the post includes a poll.
  • How close is the team to full engagement with the post?
    • The dashboard provides a quick overview of reach and progress, helping teams follow up with members who have not engaged.
